Make a Splash! 💦
Adults and Babies
As a parent you understand your child best!
Our program is designed with developmental milestones in mind: 4-12mths, 12-18mths, 18-30/6mths, and a transition phase for students aged 2.5+ years who show readiness for independent lessons. We empower parents with essential skills – entering and exiting safely, a variety of holds and moves that aims to instil a love of water, priceless bonding time together, and vital water safety information. Our goal is to equip you with the knowledge and techniques to ensure you and your child make safer choices when in and around aquatic environments.
Make a Bigger Splash! 💦
Preschool Aquatics
Our program is divided into two levels, accommodating both students who have completed transition classes and those who are starting swimming lessons for the first time. We focus on building foundational skills to provide a strong basis for formal swimming. Our curriculum is thoughtfully aligned with children’s social, physical, and emotional developmental milestones. Throughout the program, students will work towards mastering a basic kick technique, independent propulsion with or without a floatation aid, buoyancy and stability in the water, breath control skills, good body position and some rotation.
Let's Swim 🏊♀️
Let’s Swim is divided into two levels, each accommodating students who have established foundational skills and those who are progressing towards more formal stroke development. In these stages, students progress from pop up breathing to bilateral breathing in Freestyle, emphasis is placed on hand entries and core body rotation in Backstroke. We ensure that students utilise their wingspan when working on arm position and have a strong and undulating kick in Butterfly. An introduction to basic breaststroke and tumble turns are also targeted. During these stages students gain vital knowledge in personal rescue and water safety techniques.
Time to Soar! 🐳
In these advanced classes, students will focus on refining the four competitive strokes and tumble turns, all while streamlining their efficiency in the water, building stamina, and improving timing. Students will learn Sidestroke and Survival Backstroke as part of their water safety program and gain a deeper understanding of rescue procedures.
